前接紙平臺采用氣動升降結構。 平臺升降采用液壓系統(tǒng)控制,，結構可靠,，運行穩(wěn)定。
清廢機前端配有中壓風機,，達到清廢效果的同時,，使紙板能貼緊輸送皮帶平穩(wěn)輸送。 可適應一開二,、一開三的生產需求,。
每個震蕩清廢結構由獨立電機傳動，通過不同的抖動頻率可實現(xiàn)更好的清廢效果,。 疊紙架可根據(jù)不同需求來實現(xiàn)自動與手動兩種操作模式,，前端接紙平臺采用氣動升降結構，方便前端印刷機拆裝模板,。
抖動皮帶采用進口圓柱形高彈性皮帶,，不易損傷紙板。 前端接紙配有壓條壓紙機構,，使紙板在移動的過程中更平穩(wěn),；后端配有太陽輪壓紙機構，使紙板水平下落,。
帶有半圓槽的圓柱形皮帶軸可隨意調整皮帶位置,，適應各種異形紙板的生產需求，實現(xiàn)一開二,、一開三的紙板分流,。 后接紙擋板可根據(jù)紙板的長度，由手輪調節(jié)前后距離,，從而適應不同形狀的紙板堆疊,。
清廢機后端設有強力風機和毛刷裝置，使抖動起來的廢紙從紙板上落下,，以達到清廢的最佳效果,。
